Lesotho Housing and Land Development Corporation (LHLDC) wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and reputable Company to implement Performance Management System for the Corporation.

A detailed Tender Document can be obtained from the Head Office in Maseru at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Maloti (M500.00) from the 10th April, 2017.

REGISTRY CLERK


Job Purpose: -

Under the supervision of the Documents Coordinator, the Registry Clerk is responsible for the overall assistance in management of the Registry Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

1. Maintain and update the filling index and classification of printed information material. s.
2. Receive and sort the incoming and outgoing mail. .
3. Responsible for organizing the Corporation’s document center /library including maintaining a record of reports (Internal & External) and a file of press clippings on matters of interest to the Corporation.
4. Initiate renewal of all subscribed publications.
5. Assist the Documents Coordinatator in preparing departmental budget and submit monthly report on all matters pertaining to communication.

OTHER NECESSARY SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

2. Integrity and Strong Work Ethic
3. Customer Service Oriented

QUALIFICATIONS

1. C.O.S.C and a minimum of one (1) year experience in Registry or A certificate in Management /Accounting discipline will be an added advantage
2. At least two years’ experience in property/facilities management or any related field.
