The Lesotho Housing and Land Development Corporation offers a full rental service for residential properties with a practical and responsive approach to the day-to-day management of your rented (LHLDC) home.

We make renting property an easy, stress-free experience by providing you with a home at the right price, communicating with you at all times and off course working to your timescale.

Our renting services are provided in harmony with current legislation and standard practice. Should you choose to rent a LHLDC home, our customer centric management team will be on hand to assist you with any enquiries, queries or issues.

Leseli flats: Situated in Hills View, Double story rental flats with three bedrooms, spacious enough to accommodate large sized families with backyards and separate car parking

Kuena flats: Two bedroomed housing, Ideal for medium sized families, situated right in the heart of town. Carports available

Letsie flats: Bachelors flats, Ideal for newly married couples and single occupants, available in one bedroom. Large garden with lawn in the backyard and paving in front and a carport available

Thabaneng serviced sites launched

490 plots are available for sale within the projects. Plots differ in sizes and prices. The project is partially reticulated with gravel roads and domestic water. It is first come first serve. A maximum of two plots is allowed per customer. Our sales office @ 22313736. From 8:00am to 4:30pm

LHLDC Offers fully serviced property

We provide fully serviced homes/property with water, electricity, sewerage, roads, etc. Our houses are ready for occupation upon purchase or signing of the lease agreement. When investing in property its more than the four walls; Does the property have water, electricity, roads, street lights, sewage and other services? Buying a property without the needed amenities can impact your cash flow negatively as you bear the costs of servicing your property.
