Overview

The LHLDC Planning Development and Construction Department is responsible for the development of the Corporations residential housing, commercial building developments and Land.Projects are developed for the Government, Parastatals, Corporates and the Public sector through appropriate building designs and systems.

The Planning Development and Construction Department initiates projects through a standard project development cycle which incorporates; project initiation, project definition, project development, project implementation, and project commissioning.

Thabaneng serviced sites launched

490 plots are available for sale within the projects. Plots differ in sizes and prices. The project is partially reticulated with gravel roads and domestic water. It is first come first serve. A maximum of two plots is allowed per customer. Our sales office @ 22313736. From 8:00am to 4:30pm

LHLDC Offers fully serviced property

We provide fully serviced homes/property with water, electricity, sewerage, roads, etc. Our houses are ready for occupation upon purchase or signing of the lease agreement. When investing in property its more than the four walls; Does the property have water, electricity, roads, street lights, sewage and other services? Buying a property without the needed amenities can impact your cash flow negatively as you bear the costs of servicing your property.
