IN CASE OF...

  1. MARRIED APPLICANTS

    • A certified passport copy of the applicant and that of spouse

    • A certified copy of marriage certificate

    • Certified copies of pay slips (in the case whereby both are earning a monthly salary) or

    • Three (3) months bank statement for self-employed applicant/s

    • Registration fee (the amount differ according to the location of the project)


  2. SINGLE APPLICANTS

    • A certified passport copy of the applicant

    • Letter written by parents/guardian showing the applicant is single, such should bear a chief's stamp to authenticate it.

    • Certified copy of payslip (in the case whereby applicant is earning a monthly salary) or

    • Three (3) months bank statement for a self employed applicant

    • Registration fee (the amount differ according to the location of the project)





  1. One pays registration fee (ranges from M150.00-M200.00) and signs a registration of interest form The plot price is paid as follows:

    1. An upfront payment of the total amount owing to the plot or

    2. Pay thirty (30%) deposit of plot price within thirty (30) days of signing the registration of interest and sign the Contract

    3. Pay up the balance within the next 5 months, thus treated as cash and attracts no interest.

    4. The remaining balance after the deposit is paid can be paid within twelve months. However this method of payment attracts an annual interest rate of 18%. (please note that interest is charged on the amount that remained after the initial deposit was paid)

  2. Voluntary withdrawal

    1. Customers should note that 20% of plot price is charged as administration fee on withdrawals

    2. A further 18% interest is charged for the period the plot was in the hands of the customer.

    3. A balance after the deductions above will be paid into customer's bank account (this is in the case whereby there is anything to refund).

    4. In the case whereby full amount of the plot price is paid then such a customer cannot withdraw from the project.




N/B Customers should also note that they are able to use the site only when they have fully discharged their obligation. All sites remain the property of LHLDC until they are fully paid for.
